Ireland’s International Children’s Palliative Care Conference
Ireland’s 3rd International Children’s Palliative Care Conference: Short Lives: Making a Difference An Interdisciplinary Conference - Friday 24th -Saturday 25th November 2017, Farmleigh House, Phoenix Park, Dublin, Ireland
The Third International Children’s Palliative Care Conference; “Short Lives, Making a Difference”, built on the success of the previous two conferences and showcased a packed programme with internationally acclaimed speakers covering areas such as neonatal palliative care, bereavement support and palliative care in oncology. We are very grateful to all our partners whose support has made the conference possible. This year we are delighted to have been joined by The Northern Ireland Hospice and the All Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care. Our other partners include the Health Service Executive, The Irish Hospice Foundation, Irish Association for Palliative Care, the Jack and Jill Foundation, LauraLynn Children’s Hospice, Mercy University Hospital Cork , National University of Ireland Galway and Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin; all of whom have been working together to promote children’s palliative care across the island of Ireland.
